At PDSA Pet Store, we want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging with tags attached, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar sturdy container, including the packing slip inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
